You’ll never catch me traveling without my Cadence capsules, my supplements, and more snacks than I’ll ever need (and sometimes I’m literally traveling with a full blown meal cuz me and airport food don’t get along) 😎
my kindle and my tevas are my ride or dies, I truly feel lost without either — oh and my sarong which comes in useful as a blanket / curtain for hostels / beach towel and cover up
such great selections!! have been wondering about how useful an electronics organizer would be and your rec sold me on the idea. my carry-on essentials are lypospheric vitamin c and my Trtl neck pillow. the latter is not the chicest but so great!
Thanks to you I’m now introduced to the goodonya electrolyte packs after a post awhile back and I love them! im with you on the strategy of having a Dopp kit and bag of chargers with duplicates so it’s always ready to go. I have not gotten the expandable away yet but I think it may be time! One thing I always pack is a sweet snack, a savory one, and something fresh (carrots, fruit, etc). If I don’t have all three options I always regret it!
As long as I’ve got my r-reader, my noise cancellers, and this weird four hour recording of cafe noises downloaded on my phone, I can survive any flight!
I also don’t travel without my camera. I mainly shoot film on a little Canon rangefinder I love but I’m currently on the hunt for a digital option that feels as good to shoot on.
These are all my bare minimum essentials as well! Noise canceling headphones have been an absolute lifesaver. For me, it is also essential to have some healthy, protein packed snacks on hand when traveling to keep me going. My top 3 I always carry are: mush overnight oats, chomps or archer farms turkey sticks and mid day squares for a sweet, protein treat. Oh and my water bottle!
Always a back up book, face mist, notepad and pen (usually never used), hair clip (usually lost). And always headphones that fit in the aux if a long haul flight so I don’t have to use the aeroplane ones!
Thanks for the great recommendations! I recently learned to sew, and made myself several merino t-shirts for a recent trip to Spain that I will never travel without again. So soft. So comfortable. So stink free. And making them was significantly less expensive than buying one from a popular brand.
I would add to that, my merino Branwyn Bra, and a good lip balm and hand cream for the plane. If I feel like treating myself, I'll buy a mini tube of Weleda's Skin Food.
My carryon essential is a blanket scarf!! Multi use as a scarf, pillow or blanket! Especially useful on planes or unexpected delays in airports!!
great rec. I have a lululemon one but they don’t sell it anymore which is crazy to me
an overpriced magazine from hudson news and approx twelve lip balms!

I also bring full blown meals sometimes! Gotta do what you gotta do
I always have to have lots of snacks!!
Always have my kindle, my passport, and a bathing suit haha

At bare minimum, my carry on always contains a book, hand sanitiser, and paw paw cream!
My kindle + noise cancelling headphones is my winning combo for flights! Reading makes the flight go by so fast ✈️

Oh, and I second the X100V! Mine comes with me everywhere. A compact camera is such a great thing to have. :-)
